Harold has worked with large Consulting organisations and Clients, both locally and internationally and makes use of Best Practice methodologies to assist clients in identifying and implementing solutions tailored to deliver to the unique needs of each client. Harold has managed and directed multi-disciplinary teams of consultants to deliver large multi-faceted projects to a range of clients in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
His work experience includes holding Divisional Board Level positions in the functional areas of Operations and International Marketing in a listed South African Conglomerate.
With many years of working experience in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Swaziland, Malawi, Zambia, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and Mongolia; he has an industry specialisation in Banking and Financial Services Sector.
Part of his portfolio of functions includes Project Directorship and Programme Management, IT Systems Evaluation, Selection, and Implementation, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Organisation Design, Strategy, Activity Based Costing (ABC), Performance Management (Balanced Business Score Card [BBS]), Shared Services Company formulation and roll-out, Business Continuity Management (BCM) Systems design and implementation.
